The Longevity + Inclusion Alliance is borne of out of the undeniable reality that longevity is inextricably tied to and greatly dependent upon inclusion. Creating equity in aging, in part, rests in the hands of those with the power to make change and the courage to take action.

The L+I Alliance Fellowship exists to ensure leaders, organizations, and business partners within the field of aging services are culturally competent, courageous, and intentional in their journeys of diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, accessibility, and justice.

The Retreat

Starting in September 2023, a group of dedicated senior living professionals have come together to learn, grow and inspire one another to create a more inclusive environment for themselves and their professional lives. The Retreat is the culmination of the Fellows journey.

The Retreat will be held in the Charm City, otherwise known as Baltimore, MD at The Revival Hotel, in historic Mt. Vernon. In attendance will be the current Fellows (aka Alpha Cohort), as well as the incoming Fellows of Beta Cohort. In total, over 40 professionals from c-suites and leadership roles across senior living organizations and businesses.

It all kicks off Wednesday, April 17th at our VIP Dinner with the Alpha Cohort and our Presenting Sponsor.
