Marvell Adams Jr.’s journey from a high school student fascinated by Alzheimer’s disease to a leading figure in aging services is a testament to his dedication and passion for creating equity in aging. With a Master’s in health administration focused on aging services from Chapel Hill, Marvell has held numerous roles including nursing home administrator, CEO, and board member, always with a focus on addressing disparities in elder care. His extensive experience includes significant contributions to the Caregiver Action Network as CEO since September 2023, University of Rochester, URMC System, and Kendal System, along with being a veteran surveyor for CARF International.
