What is the L+I Alliance Fellows Program?

The Longevity + Inclusion Alliance Fellows Program exists to ensure leaders within the field of Aging Services are culturally competent, courageous, and intentional on their journeys of diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, accessibility and justice.

In strategically selected diverse cohorts of 12 individuals, participants attend 5 virtual sessions of 3.5 hours each.
Fellows are invited to an immersive, in-person 2-day retreat, included as part of the Fellows experience.
Participants have the opportunity to make a bigger impact through demonstrative action using the Each One, Teach One Action Plan.
