What is the L+I Alliance Fellows Program?

The Longevity + Inclusion Alliance Fellows Program exists to ensure leaders within the field of Aging Services are culturally competent, courageous, and intentional on their journeys of diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, accessibility and justice.

  • In strategically selected diverse cohorts of 12 individuals, participants attend 5 virtual sessions of 4 hours each.
  • The program kicks off with an immersive, in-person 2-day retreat, included as part of the Fellows experience.
  • Participants have the opportunity to make a bigger impact through demonstrative action using the Longevity + Inclusion Podcast and the Each One, Teach One Action Plan.

"Action is required to promote cultures where every individual can be their authentic self and feel a sense of belonging.

Participating in the Longevity + Inclusion Alliance Fellows Program is my investment in growing as an intentional leader, ally and advocate for inclusion in aging services. "

about the SPEAKER

There are so many great speakers and educators. I'm probably impressed by the same folks you are. I've also read and practiced the theories, books, as documented by all of the famous business gurus. best-sellers, and statisticians.

But I also LOVE to have a great time as I facilitate. We learn best when we are engaged in the learning and emotionally connected. I'm consistently invited back by my clients because of the high degree of interactivity, laughter, and robust conversation. I can promise your folks will not sit through our event looking at their watches and barely "holding on" until the session ends!

Day Two Catalyst-in-Residence

about the SPEAKER

If there’s anything we’ve learned from the last few decades of diversity work, it’s that flashy, one-time trainings don’t work. I work with organizations that recognize the time and commitment needed to do DEI right and help them turn their ambitious goals into real outcomes. A company with a workforce and leadership team as diverse as the customers it serves. Products that not only resonate with consumers but also undo social inequality and injustice. Purpose- and value-driven communications and decision making. Company cultures defined by collaboration, respect, resilience, and innovation. None of this work is easy. None of it happens overnight. I provide the no-nonsense DEI assessments, expert consulting, and speaking to help you get it right.
